Military Tribute

In tribute to the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of our nation and to honor those who now serve both in the Armed Forces, National Guard and Reserves, Living World Baptist Church will host a community wide tribute.

The ceremony will include a military color guard, recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance, singing of the National Anthem, choir presentations of the hymns of our military services, recognition of military veterans in attendance by service and a performance of the memorial anthem of the military service, “Taps”. Additional special recognition will be given to our heroes of the past and present.

This tribute will be hosted by the Living Word Baptist Church located on FM 720 between downtown Little Elm and Highway 380. The public is invited to attend, and admittance is free. A special invitation is given to all who are veterans of military service, their families. All former and present personnel are invited and encouraged to wear their uniforms.
